Arx Fund I Acquires Bucks County 55+ Manufactured Home Community
12th Property Brings Fund’s Total Homesites to More than 1,000
Arx Fund I, L.P. announced it has completed the purchase of Ann Reno Mobile Home Park in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Situated on approximately 9 acres, the community contains a combination of 55 homesites and apartments, of which approximately 98% are occupied.

Arx will re-brand the 55+ age-qualified community as Rockhill Village. Rockhill Village’s residents enjoy the bucolic Bucks County, PA setting, while being close to Route 309 with easy access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.
