Rent is fair, the lot stays clean, and Arx staff answers calls without attitude. Maintenance shows up when promised too.

I love my home, but the best part is support. Arx office helps with questions and treats us respectfully always.

My kids walk to the playground, I chat with retirees, and everyone watches out. Arx events make weekends fun again.

Storm knocked out power lines nearby; Arx kept us updated and checked on seniors. That kind of care matters most.

Go there whenever I get a chance to visit my brother and it’s a great lil spot very friendly and respectful environment.
